Negotiations and reservations only  within about 2 months  arrivals. If you're interested  summer-autumn-winter of 2022  ; please contact us closer to the time of arrival e.g.  about 2 months before your intended arrival

  This is  self-catering rental, no staff on site

​

After booking   prepayment is necessary  after which  you will receive instructions in the keybox where you can get  keys to the front door and  room) and   alternate phone number (speaks English and Spanish)  which can help if there is a problem with the keybox. ​

The tenant takes care of the intermediate cleaning himself ,  garbage  and  textile intermediate washes (in   there are spare sheets and towels as well as cleaning supplies  ). Laundry facilities are available nearby
